Frivilous arguments or outlandish claims where they try to convince you to disobey IRS laws.
Retirement plan abuse where taxpayers are encouraged to shift appreciated assets at less-than-fair market value into IRAs.
Fuel tax claims that are excessive is also considered fraud.
